iQOO is preparing to unveil the iQOO Neo 11 Ultra, and days before the official announcement, nearly its full specification sheet has surfaced online. According to insider sources, the new phone will pack a 2K display with a 144Hz refresh rate, a powerful Dimensity 9500-based chipset, and a record-setting battery rated at 9100mAh.

Display and Performance

The Neo 11 Ultra features a 6.83-inch flat 2K display built with Visionox's F2 luminescent material. The panel runs at 144Hz and can reach 1000 nits of brightness across the full screen in manual mode. Powering the phone is a custom version of the Dimensity 9500M chipset paired with an 11-core GPU.

For gaming, iQOO added its own Q2 chip alongside a Synaptics S3910V touch controller, both aimed at delivering faster screen response during intense gaming moments.

Battery and Build

The standout feature is a massive 9100mAh battery paired with 100W wired charging — a combination iQOO says makes the phone unique among current flagships thanks to the pairing with a 2K display. The frame is made of metal, measuring 8.6mm thick and weighing 225 grams. The phone also carries dual dust and water resistance ratings of IP68 and IP69.

Cameras and Security

Up front sits a 16MP selfie camera. On the back, the camera module is arranged horizontally rather than in the vertical stack seen on the standard Neo 11, pairing a 50MP main sensor with an 8MP ultra-wide lens. Unlocking is handled by a 3D ultrasonic fingerprint sensor built into the display.

iQOO plans to officially unveil the Neo 11 Ultra on August 18 in China.
