An insider has revealed the key specifications of the Lenovo Legion Y700 Wujie tablet just days before its official unveiling. The leak covers nearly the entire spec sheet of the new device, from its chipset and display to its battery and memory configurations.
Display and performance
According to the source, the tablet will feature an 8.4-inch OLED display with a 2560×1600 resolution and a refresh rate of up to 165Hz, an unusually high figure for a device of this size. Performance will come from the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen5 Leading Version chipset with a peak core clock of up to 4.74GHz, paired with LPDDR5T memory rated at 10667MT/s and UFS 4.1 Pro storage. None of these figures have been officially confirmed yet.
Battery and charging
Lenovo has already officially confirmed that the Legion Y700 Wujie will pack a 7,470mAh battery with 68W fast charging support, a notably large capacity for a tablet just 6.5mm thick.
Cameras and memory options
The tablet is expected to come with an 8MP front camera and a 50MP rear camera. Three memory configurations are rumored: 12GB+256GB, 16GB+512GB, and 24GB+1TB, with support for a physical SIM card and 5G connectivity on the N79 band. This information also remains unconfirmed by the manufacturer.
Audio, security and design
Per the leak, the Legion Y700 Wujie will feature dual X-axis motors, dual speakers, dual USB-C ports, and a fingerprint scanner. Lenovo has already officially confirmed part of the design: the bezels on all four sides of the screen are equal in width at roughly 2.89mm, the body is 6.5mm thick, and the device weighs 298 grams.
