Ahead of the official unveiling of the vivo S2, a new leak has surfaced online detailing the phone's full specifications and expected pricing. The information, shared by a tipster on X, covers both the hardware and pricing for the Indian market.
The vivo S2 is unofficially expected to launch in India on August 6, with the company already confirming the device's arrival and teasing its design.
Display and performance
The phone is tipped to feature a 6.83-inch curved AMOLED display with 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. Power reportedly comes from the MediaTek Dimensity 7360 chipset.
Cameras and battery
The main camera is said to use a 50MP Sony IMX852 sensor paired with a secondary 2MP unit, while a 32MP camera is tipped to handle selfies and video calls.
The battery is rumored to have a 7,050mAh capacity with support for 44W fast charging, alongside dual IP68 and IP69 dust and water resistance ratings.
According to the source, the 8GB RAM and 128GB storage variant of the vivo S2 is expected to launch between INR 40,000 and INR 45,000, while the official box price is said to be INR 66,999.

The same tipster claims vivo could launch new TWS earbuds alongside the smartphone, featuring 10mm drivers, Bluetooth 6.1, and a claimed battery life of up to 50 hours. Basalt Black and Nilgiri Green color options are said to be under consideration.
