Oppo Confirms A7 Pro Max With Its Largest-Ever 10,000mAh Battery

Oppo has officially confirmed the existence of the A7 Pro Max smartphone with its first teaser for the device. The one detail the company revealed itself is the battery: a 10,000mAh cell, the largest ever fitted to an Oppo phone. The figure had already surfaced in earlier leaks, and Oppo has now confirmed it directly.

Oppo shared the A7 Pro Max teaser on its official Weibo account, saying the device is coming soon.

What earlier leaks revealed

Shortly before the official confirmation, the phone reportedly appeared in a Geekbench listing that pointed to a Snapdragon 4 Gen 5 chipset paired with 12GB of RAM. According to the same leaks, the A7 Pro Max is expected to get a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and "1.5K" resolution.

The camera setup is said to include a 50MP main sensor alongside a secondary 2MP module, with a 50MP front-facing camera. The leaks also pointed to support for 80W wired fast charging.

These specifications have not been officially confirmed by Oppo, unlike the battery capacity.
