Google Unveils Pixel 11 Pro XL With 5,115mAh Battery and 45W Charging
Google has unveiled the Pixel 11 Pro XL, the largest model in the lineup, bringing a bigger battery, faster wired charging, and the same set of Pro features found on the Pixel 11 Pro.
A 6.8-inch Super Actua display
Pixel 11 Pro XL features a 6.8-inch LTPO OLED Super Actua display with a 1344×2992 resolution and an adaptive 1-120Hz refresh rate. Peak brightness matches the Pixel 11 Pro at 3,600 nits, and the cover glass includes the same new anti-scratch coating, delivering more than double the scratch resistance of the previous generation.
HiLight: notifications without looking at the screen
Like the Pixel 11 Pro, the larger model also includes HiLight — colored LED lights around the camera flash that signal timely information while the phone is face down, with custom colors assignable to specific contacts for incoming calls.
Camera and up to 120x zoom
Pixel 11 Pro XL's triple camera system fully mirrors the Pixel 11 Pro: a 50-megapixel main sensor, a 48-megapixel autofocus ultrawide camera, and a 48-megapixel telephoto lens with optical image stabilization.
The phone supports Pro Zoom up to 120x, and thanks to Tensor G6, Night Sight captures images nearly 4.5 times faster than on previous generations. 8K video recording is available at 24 and 30 frames per second.
Pixel 11 Pro XL is available for pre-order today starting at $1,299 for the 256GB model, with availability beginning August 20. Buyers also get six months of Google AI Pro included with their purchase.
The fastest charging in the lineup
Pixel 11 Pro XL's battery capacity grows to 5,115mAh, larger than the Pixel 11 Pro's. 45W wired charging can restore up to 75% of the battery in 30 minutes, and Google says just 15 minutes on a charger delivers roughly 15 hours of battery life. Wireless charging uses the Qi2.2 standard at up to 25W.
