Pixel Watch 5 Leak Reveals Specs and Pricing Before Reveal

Outlet MyMobiles has obtained Google's marketing slides and a technical document dated May 2026 covering the full specification of the Pixel Watch 5 in both 41mm and 45mm sizes. Google has not yet unveiled the watch: the company has only confirmed a Made by Google event in New York, where the Pixel Watch 5 is widely expected to appear alongside the Pixel 11 series. Everything below except the event date comes from the leak and remains unconfirmed by Google.

A software pitch, not a hardware one

The slides lean heavily on Gemini Intelligence, described as a proactive assistant that offers reply suggestions drawn directly from the conversation shown on screen.

Google calls its updated sleep algorithm its most accurate sleep tracking yet, covering sleep stages and breathing rate and feeding a personalised sleep score into a morning Insights screen alongside a readiness score.

According to the document, satellite SOS is included at no extra cost for two years from activation.

Loss of Pulse Detection, which automatically calls for help, also appears on the slides, but it isn't new — the feature debuted on the Pixel Watch 3 and is already live in the UK.

What changes from the Pixel Watch 4

The leak points to a modest hardware update. Storage doubles from 32GB to 64GB, and the software moves from Wear OS 6 to Wear OS 7.0. Battery capacity grows slightly, from 325mAh to 332mAh on the 41mm and from 455mAh to 465mAh on the 45mm, though the document lists the same rated battery life as before. The chip, display and charging speeds appear to carry over unchanged.

Per the document, the watch comes in four case finishes, each paired with a matching second-generation Sport Band: Matte Black with Volcanic Black, Polished Silver with Mist, Satin Pyrite with Olive, and Champagne Gold with Peach Pink, the last of which is exclusive to the 41mm size.

Google states the case uses 100% recycled aluminium, the battery uses recycled cobalt, the magnets use recycled rare-earth metal, and the packaging is plastic-free.

The Made by Google event is confirmed for August 12, 2026, in New York. Retail availability is rumoured for around August 20, and four model numbers believed to be the Pixel Watch 5 cleared the FCC in late June.

According to the leak, the box includes the watch, a Sport Band in sizes S and L, a USB-C charging dock and a quick start guide, with no mains adapter included. Since the domed Gorilla Glass 5 front carries over unchanged, existing Pixel Watch screen protectors and bands are expected to fit.

Leaked pricing, not confirmed by Google: 41mm Wi-Fi at $399 / £369 / €419, 41mm LTE at $499 / £469 / €519, 45mm Wi-Fi at $429 / £399 / €449, and 45mm LTE at $529 / £499 / €549. In the US every model costs more than the Pixel Watch 4, while in the UK only the 41mm price rises — the 45mm stays the same.
