ASUS Expands the Ace Lineup With the 360Hz ROG Strix OLED XG259QDNS Ace
ASUS has expanded its Ace series with the ROG Strix OLED XG259QDNS Ace, a 24.5-inch monitor built on an RGB QD-OLED panel with a 360Hz refresh rate. It is the most accessible entry in the range, keeping the esports setup tools of the series while aiming at a wider group of players than the 560Hz and 720Hz models.
QD-OLED with BlackShield coating
The panel carries BlackShield Film and an anti-glare, low-reflection coating, the same treatment used on the higher-end XG259QDPG Ace. It cuts stray reflections from ambient light, which on glossy OLED screens tend to wash out detail in darker scenes.
Ace series tools
Despite the lower refresh rate, the professional feature set here matches that of the faster models in the series.
Measurement scales on the tilt (−5° to +33°), swivel (±45°) and height (0–155mm) adjustments make it easy to reproduce a familiar screen position exactly.
The Quick OSD menu puts key image settings within reach before a match, while three Esports Color presets cover different FPS scenarios.
The power design uses GaNFET transistors to improve heat dissipation and extend panel life. Inputs include DisplayPort 1.4 with DSC support and two HDMI 2.1 ports, so several sources can stay connected at once.
The model was introduced on August 25, 2026 at Gamescom 2026, and ASUS has not yet named a price or a sales start date.
