Realme Reveals P4s Specs Ahead of India Launch: Samsung M14 Display, 8,000mAh Battery

Realme has confirmed that its P4s smartphone will soon launch in India, publishing an official teaser page that reveals the device's key specifications. The new model joins the battery-focused Realme P4 lineup and pairs a large battery with a modern MediaTek platform and a Samsung OLED display.

A brighter, faster display

The Realme P4s features a Samsung M14 OLED panel with a 1272x2772 pixel resolution (1.5K standard) and a refresh rate of up to 144Hz. Peak brightness reaches 6,500 nits, and the panel carries HDR10+ certification, with teaser materials also pointing to Netflix HDR support. According to the company, the new panel also delivers higher luminous efficiency and a longer lifespan compared to earlier panels in the series.

Chipset and cooling

Performance comes from the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Ultra chipset, paired with a separate Hyper Vision AI+ chip that Realme says improves frame-rate stability in games. To manage heat during extended use, the phone includes a 7,000mm² vapor chamber.

Realme's India launch of the P4s is scheduled for August 26, 2026, a date the company confirmed in an official post and on the device's teaser page.

Battery and charging

The standout feature of the P4s is its 8,000mAh battery, paired with 80W wired fast charging. The phone also carries an IP69 rating, meaning it can withstand high-pressure hot water jets, not just splashes and dust.

Realme claims the 80W charger can restore 50% of the battery in just 28 minutes, noticeably cutting down charging time compared to typical mid-range phones.

Cameras

The rear setup is built around a 50MP primary sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS), joined by an 8MP ultrawide module. This combination is typical for the mid-range segment and is geared toward everyday photography rather than zoom performance.

What's known about markets outside India

So far, Realme has only confirmed the P4s for the Indian market, where it will join the existing P4 lineup alongside the P4, P4 Pro, P4x, P4 Power, and P4 Lite. The company has not announced a launch in other regions or revealed whether the device will appear under a different name internationally.
